Digital Strategy

TEA worked with the Princeton University Art Museum to develop a comprehensive digital user experience strategy for their new building opening in 2025. The project involved conducting a thorough technology assessment of the museum’s digital operations. We worked collaboratively with staff across the Museum to formulate a digital strategy that allowed the museum to advance its aspirations for digital transformation of both its visitor-facing and back of house experiences. The final phase of work produced recommendations for digital experiences (and the back of ​​house technologies necessary to support them) that build on the museum’s goals and strengths and embody the objectives of the digital strategy.
