TEA worked with the Princeton University Art Museum to develop a comprehensive digital user experience strategy for their new building opening in 2025. The project involved conducting a thorough technology assessment of the museum’s digital operations. We worked collaboratively with staff across the Museum to formulate a digital strategy that allowed the museum to advance its aspirations for digital transformation of both its visitor-facing and back of house experiences. The final phase of work produced recommendations for digital experiences (and the back of house technologies necessary to support them) that build on the museum’s goals and strengths and embody the objectives of the digital strategy.
