TEA worked with MASS MoCA to build their inaugural digital strategy. The Museum has created an impressive body of visitor experiences over the years with modest budgets, a limited technical infrastructure, and a small staff. TEA assessed MASS MoCA’s existing infrastructure and capabilities, worked with them to develop visitor personas for their core and stretch audiences, and built a roadmap of their digital ambitions that will serve to guide future audience engagement, as well as fundraising and staff professional development.
