Caroline Herr is an award winning digital media designer. With over 20 years experience, first at Gatehouse Media, then at carolineherrdesign, and the Peabody Essex Museum she has created digital pieces that tell stories in unique, innovative ways. For the past 10 years she has been working at the Peabody Essex Museum as a digital media designer, designing and building websites, interactives, and media pieces. Some of the websites and interactives she has designed include: theexperiencealchemists.com, pem.org, the Mood-O-Meter, alchemy.pem.org, among many others.

Caroline earned a BFA at the University of the Arts in Illustration, and Certificates in Interactive Media Design and Graphic Design from Salem State University, where she won the Presidential Creativity Award.

When not designing or learning new ways to code, she’s outdoors either hiking or gardening.
